D&A Building Services wins two contracts with Texas DOT

LONGWOOD, FL — D&A Building Services Inc. has secured two facility maintenance contracts with the Texas Department of Transportation (DOT), according to a press release.

D&A Building Services is providing full-service janitorial, carpet cleaning, floor refinishing and window cleaning services for the one-story, 4,840-square-foot Fannin County building and the one-story, 5,877-square-foot Lamar County building, the release stated.

Since opening its Dallas office in 2008, D&A Building Services has hired a staff of 15 and secured contracts with the Texas DOT, Garland Independent School District, City of Huntsville and the Marriott Hotel at Legacy Town Center, the release noted.
