BOULDER, CO — A contract custodian working at the University of Colorado at Boulder campus was issued a citation for unlawful sexual contact with an employee, according to the Boulder Daily Camera.
Christopher Powell and an unidentified female custodian were cleaning Farrand Hall when Powell allegedly "bumped his pelvis against her back side a couple times and grabbed her buttocks," the story stated.
University of Colorado Police Commader Tim McGraw said: "She contends that he bumped up against her on three or four occasions over her objections and then grabbed her butt as she was leaving the closet."
Powell, who denied any wrongdoing, said the door to the custodial closet closed behind him, and there may have been some incidental contact, but it was not as his coworker contended, the story noted.
