DAYTONA BEACH, FL — Flagler County Public Schools has suspended a custodian with a history of "inappropriate outbursts which have included yelling and violent behavior exhibited while on the job," according to The Daytona Beach News-Journal.
A letter in custodian Rui Coito''s personnel file indicates that Superintendent Janet Valentine will recommend Coito''s termination at a May 15 board meeting, the article stated.
According to the article, Valentine cites violation of school board policy and insubordination as grounds for termination.
