COLUMBIA, MO — A Missouri Orthopaedic Institute custodian has been accused of stealing drugs and gift cards by the University of Missouri police, according to the Columbia Daily Tribune.
Ryan Skaggs has been charged with felony stealing and drug possession, the article stated.
According to the article, Skaggs is accused of stealing vials of Fentanyl, which is similar to but stronger than morphine.
Skaggs also stole gift cards, including a $500 gift card to Wal-Mart, that were on a desk at the school, the article noted.
