MASSAPEQUA, NY — A Massapequa School District custodian assaulted two administrators after they confronted him about threats he made over a portable radio, according to the Massapequa Patch.
Angelo Tenace, 51, was working in the Hawthorne School facility, which is currently being used as Nassau County Police Academy, when he allegedly broadcast his threats over a frequency used by the district.
According to the article, Tenace was angry that someone had taken his picture while he was asleep and he said, over the radio, he was "going to get whoever did it."
When administrators confronted Tenace, he waved a lit cigarette in one of their faces, the article noted.
Tenace was arrested and charged with charged with assault, menacing and weapons possession, the article added.
