TAUNTON, MA — Bristol County custodians have a new contract as of Tuesday''s Board of Commissioners meeting, according to the Herald News.
The board approved a one-year contract for custodians of the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU), the article stated.
According to the article, the contract will cover July 1, 2011, through June 30, 2012.
"They received a one percent increase from July to December of 2011, and an additional one percent January 1, 2012, to June 30, 2012," said County Administrator Jaye Cioper.
