MONCTON, NB, Canada — Cleaning crews were hard at work cleaning up thousands of pounds of trash and other debris at the Magnetic Hill Concert Site following an AC/DC concert late last week, according to the Times & Transcript.
Crews worked diligently to separate trash from recyclable products and neatly divided them into separate receptacles, the story stated.
The recyclable products are to be donated to Tri-County Ground Search and Rescue, the story noted.
There were 684 portable toilets, 36 portable sinks and over 40 hand sanitizing stations courtesy of Ready John Environmental Services at the concert site that also needed to be cleaned and taken away, the story added.
According to the story, cleaning crews found many shirts, pants, jackets, bracelets, necklaces, plastic beer cups, liquor bottles, water bottles, pop bottles, tarps, blankets, beach balls, straw hats, ball caps, towels, glow sticks, air mattresses and other belongings abandoned on the field.
