Cleaning woman's death ruled accidental

LANCASTER, PA — A cleaning woman found unconscious Sunday in a Strasburg Borough medical office died Monday, and the death was ruled accidental, according to the Intelligencer Journal.
Alta Mae Landis, 82, of Lampeter, was found on the floor inside Strasburg Family Practice: She was taken to Lancaster General Hospital''s trauma/neuro unit, the article noted.
"She was in the office cleaning, and her death was from a fall," Strasburg police Chief F. Steven Echternach said.
Lancaster County Coroner Dr. Stephen Diamantoni confirmed through an autopsy Tuesday that the death was accidental, and he ruled it the result of head trauma, the article stated.
