CBRE showcases LEED-ership, again

BOSTON – A 33-story office tower in this city''s Financial District at 33 Arch Street has been awarded the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Certification for existing buildings by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), according to an article from the Boston Globe.
According to the article, the building is owned by a joint venture between AREA Property Partners and SITQ and is exclusively managed and leased by CB Richard Ellis/New England.
Besides this location, CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) manages other Boston area LEED-certified buildings, including One Beacon St., One Boston Place, 10 St. James Ave., Seaport World Trade Center East and West and the Boston Children''s Museum.
