According to the article, the building is owned by a joint venture between AREA Property Partners and SITQ and is exclusively managed and leased by CB Richard Ellis/New England
Besides this location, CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) manages other Boston area LEED-certified buildings, including One Beacon St., One Boston Place, 10 St. James Ave., Seaport World Trade Center East and West and the Boston Children''s Museum.
