BUFFALO — An Amherst janitorial service company owner was arrested Wednesday and accused of defrauding the New York State Insurance Fund, according to The Buffalo News.
George Azattian, 58, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree offering a false instrument for filing, the article noted.
According to the article, Azattian allegedly filed false paperwork with the New York State Insurance Fund that made his payroll seem smaller than it really was.
