NAPLES, FL — The manager of a high-rise condominium has been arrested on charges of theft against the residents of the building going as far back as January 2008, according to WZVN-TV.
According to the story, police found several items reported stolen in the home of Robert Adamczewski, including jewelry, prescription medication and a flat screen television.
A criminal background check performed three years ago by the condominium''s Association President Wayne Williams showed no history of criminal activity, the story stated.
Williams said: "We were shocked. We had put a lot of trust and faith in our manager. It was really unfortunate because a lot of people have trusted him. They like Bob."
Police are also investigating other thefts to which Adamczewski may have been involved, the release added.
