BOMA International elects 2012-2013 officers

SEATTLE — The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International has elected its 2012-2013 officers at the BOMA International Conference and The Every Building Show, held in Seattle, according to a press release.

According to the release, the board of governors of BOMA International elected:

• Joseph W. Markling, managing director of strategic accounts, CBRE, as chair and chief elected officer
• Richard W. Greninger, CPM, managing partner of operations for Carr Properties, as chair-elect
• John Oliver, CPM, managing director for Wells Real Estate Funds, as vice chair
• Rebecca B. Hanner, CPM, RPA, principal and senior vice president of Cassidy Turley, as secretary/treasurer.
