CICERO, IN — Bold Core Response Inc. is pleased to announce two new associates to the positions of Staff Industrial Hygienist, Director of Education and Marketing Director. Rachel Adams has accepted the position of staff Industrial Hygienist and Director of the Hydro Lab and Kari Cole has accepted the position of Marketing Director.

Adams has dual B.S. in Environmental Health Sciences and Toxicology from Purdue University and is an Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) approved instructor to teach HST, WRT, ASD, CDS, AMRT and OSHA compliance courses. She has the reputation of being an industry leader for training structural drying, microbial remediation and health and safety, she has also been involved in writing industry standards and manuals for water damage mitigation and mold remediation.

Adams states, "I am thrilled to be with Kurt Bolden and the Team at Bold Core Response/Hydro Lab and together we will continue to provide the superior educational and consulting to the cleaning and restoration industries."

Cole has a B.A. in Training and Development and IICRC certifications WRT, ASD, AMRT and FSRT. Kari has worked on both local and corporate levels with independents and national franchises. She is excited to be a member of Bolden’s team and is looking forward to the opportunity to reach so many people through his different companies.

Cole stated, "I am excited to get back into teaching and spreading the word about Bold Core Response." She went on to say one of the areas she enjoys most is working with and educating agents and adjustors. Cole has wasted no time and in fact has a CEC course scheduled for agents and adjustors in March.
