LINCOLNWOOD, IL — Twenty exhibitors earned Best Customer Service Awards from ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, during the ISSA/INTERCLEAN North America 2011 trade show, according to a press release.
Award winners were voted by their customers as providing the best customer service among all 645 exhibitors during the event, which is co-produced by ISSA and its trade show partner, Amsterdam RAI, the release stated.
According to the release, distributors, building service contractors (BSCs) and in-house service providers who attended ISSA/INTERCLEAN cast their ballots for the ISSA Best Customer Service Awards based on which companies'' staffs best met their needs, answered questions, offered solutions or provided an outstanding interaction.
Voters chose one of each from five different categories, which included:
• Cleaning agents
• Paper and plastics
• Services, technology and other
