MADISON, WI — An apartment custodian was beaten by a trespasser, according to The Capital Times.
Christopher Brodell, 32, who was warned not to enter the building, has been tentatively charged with substantial battery and disorderly conduct, the article stated.
According to the article, Brodell has been warned by the custodian on numerous occasions that he wasn''t welcome at the apartment complex.
"The victim told him to leave and the suspect refused, so the victim went outside in hopes of flagging down an officer," said police Spokesman Joel DeSpain.
