Advanced Vapor Technologies receives ISSA Best Customer Service Award

SEATTLE — Advanced Vapor Technologies LLC was recently recognized by its customers as one of 20 companies providing the best customer service among all exhibitors at the 2009 ISSA/INTERCLEAN® North America Trade Show October 6-9 in Chicago, according to a press release.
Advanced Vapor Technologies was presented with the ISSA/INTERCLEAN Best Customer Service Award in the power equipment category for booths of 300 square feet or less, the release stated.
The ISSA Best Customer Service Awards are determined by the distributors, in-house service providers and building service contractors attending the show, the release noted.
Rick Hoverson, principal for Advanced Vapor Technologies, said: "I was actually unaware that ISSA had such an award, and was pleasantly surprised to receive this acknowledgment. That sort of recognition is certainly appreciated, and is a testament to the dedication of our service staff and their willingness to actively seek solutions for our customers. Serving the customer by addressing their problem promptly helps establish a long-term relationship. Problems may arise from time to time, whether they relate to shipping, billing or product issues, and working to solve those problems is very basic to the success of any company in today''s marketplace."
According to the release, voters are asked to make their choices based on which company''s staff best meet attendee needs, answer questions, offer solutions or provide an outstanding interaction when people visit their booth.
Advanced Vapor Technologies was chosen from more than 600 industry providers exhibiting at the show, the release added.
