CLIFTON PARK, NY — A school district in Saratoga County has said that a third student has been diagnosed with a drug resistant staph infection, according to WCAX-TV.
According to The Daily Gazette of Schenectady, NY, an elementary school student in the Shenendehowa Central district is being treated for the methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) infection, the article stated.
While a middle school student and a high school student were diagnosed with the infection in February, the cases don''t seem to be related, the article noted.
