4M promotes Steven Crain

ST. LOUIS, MO — Mitch Murch''s Maintenance Management Company (4M) announced that Steven Crain has been named chief operating officer (COO), according to a press release.
Crain''s new role is in addition to his title of corporate vice president of operations, the release stated.
Tim Murch, president of 4M, said: "We are extremely confident that under Steve Crain''s leadership, we can continue to move forward at an unsurpassed rate with the objective to be the absolute best contract services provider in our industry."
Crain has been with 4M for over 20 years and has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Missouri, the release noted.
4M, a full-service janitorial maintenance and management company, operates throughout the Midwest and has 3,000 employees servicing over 350 accounts, the release added.
