Health Care Infection Prevention Update

Guidelines in infection control for a health care facility were recently updated by the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Group, an international nonprofit educational service for businesses and industries.

 New methods in infection prevention, spotting infection hotspots, staff cooperation in infection prevention, and personal preventative measures are now part of the CSA Group’s, “Infection Control During Construction, Renovation, and Maintenance in Health Care Facilities,” guidelines and classes.
