LATHAM, NY — In early April, the 20th Congress of the World Federation of Building Service Contractors (WFBSC) was held in New York City.
Hosted by Stanley Doobin, owner and president of Harvard Maintenance, the event gathered a number of prominent cleaning professionals from 20 countries together.
Presentations were given by best-selling authors, technology experts and former presidential candidate Steve Forbes.
