SPARKS, NV — Process Cleaning for Healthy Schools® (PC4HS) has received formal recognition and status as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization – i.e., public charity status – effective December 13, 2010.
The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, letter, dated February 28, 2014 reads:
“We are pleased to inform you that upon review of your application for tax exempt status we have determined that you are exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
