Workloading And Cleaning Equipment

One of the benefits of workloading is that it can help BSCs and FMs determine if there are labor and cost benefits to selecting one type of machine or cleaning method over another.

The most common — and often startling example — is floorcare.

For instance, whereas it might take more than an hour to mop 10,000 square feet of floor space with a traditional mop and bucket, with an automatic scrubber that time might be cut in more than half.

Information like this can justify the use of equipment such as automatic scrubbers for both BSCs and FMs due to the cost savings.
