How do I get the "polished look" on bathroom fixtures (porcelain) in the bathrooms that I clean?

Tuesday’s Answer:

While porcelain and vitreous china (both used for bath room fixtures) are, technically, not the same, they are both ceramic materials with a glassy surface produced by firing the molded clay with a glaze that leaves a smooth shiny surface that is waterproof and easily cleaned.

An undamaged glaze may be restored by careful cleaning with any nonabrasive product that will remove the soap residue and body oils that build up on the sink or tub.
