I just secured my first office cleaning contract.

The Property Manager says she will supply all cleaning supplies as soon as I forward a list of desired cleaning products.

What cleaning products would you recommend I use for stainless steel (kitchen app. sinks and counters). Marble (huge marble table)... not to mention copious amounts of woodwork, interior glass windows, leather chairs, and lcd/plasma flat screens?

Should sheet vinyl floors be finished?

While the list of specialty products for cleaning is almost endless, you can do what you need to do with very little in the way of chemicals.

Water is an excellent solvent. In other words, you don’t need a closet full of aerosols and spray bottles to do all the basics of the job.

And without all that misting and spraying, the indoor air will be cleaner, as well.

Have her buy a good supply of quality microfiber cloths.

There are grades here so do some research.

The better the quality, the better the cleaning and the longer the cloth will last.
