Monday’s Question:ICANATEX Logo

I am cleaning a large manufacturing floor in a plant that makes wax candles and the wax is all over the floor.

What can I use to break down the wax before scrubbing?

Monday’s Answer:

I heat it to soften the wax and then scrape it off the flooring.

You can use something such as a hair dryer or even try a steam unit.

Lots of hand work unless you have a large-area system.

Be careful not to damage … - Lynn E. Krafft, ICAN/ATEX editor
