I just got offered a contract to clean a six-unit two-story office building.

The offices are pretty big with four small restrooms.

There is a front entryway that will be mopped; the rest is pretty much carpeted.

Lots of windows that they want cleaned, blinds, lots of details.

Not sure what charge for 6,500 square feet.

I have never done office, only residential.

Monday’s Answer:

office cleaningAs with any contract project, the charge depends on the time necessary to do the work and the cost of the labor spending that time.

We have no idea of your production rates. 3,000 square feet per hour would get the job done in about 2-1/4 hours for the daily work, but this can fluctuate depending on the occupancy, traffic, and a host of other factors contributing to the resoiling rates.
