How many man-hours does it take to clean 200 square feet of general cleaning?

Walls, dorms, bathrooms, etc. Is 200 square feet per hour the norm for one worker to clean?

general cleaningThe rate of 200 square feet per man-hour belongs to post-construction cleanup and similar projects where major soiling is encountered and production slows to a crawl.
