Rust-Oleum has launched the Steel-Tech family of stainless steel coatings that are significantly more cost effective than similar coatings on the market. Steel-Tech systems are enriched with 316L stainless steel for superior durability, dry to a metallic gray finish and are available in epoxy and polyurethane formulas. The advantage Steel-Tech offers is that it requires only a one-coat application. Steel-Tech epoxy mastic can be applied to a variety of substrates with minimal surface preparation and without a primer. Steel-Tech polyurethane can be applied directly to metal, clean steel or to tightly adhered rust without a primer.
