What is the prescribed best practice in cleaning and drying autoscrubber pads, including those for floor stripping ?

The information we have varies as to soaking in solution, rinsing off only, or doing both.

Tuesday’s Answer:

Chemical-free Stripping PadsHere is my preference: To remove light buildup, simply use the donut hole and brush the pad thoroughly or shake outside against the side of a building.

The least aggressive cleaning method for buff or scrub pads is to rinse in a custodial sink using hot water and a spray nozzle (pressure is important).
