What is the the best all around spot cleaner for carpets?

Tuesday’s Answer:

carpet spotIf it is a building where I am responsible for the continual appearance of the carpet, I prefer to mix up an encapsulation cleaner.

It doesn't remove tar and coffee as well as a strong carpet spotter, but it leaves zero harmful residue.

In fact, that treated spot will resist re-soiling.
