I’m not sure how much to bid on a 16,000-square-foot library building.

They want service six times a week and will only supply hand towels, toilet paper and hand soap.

Daily, they want janitorial cleaning.

Yearly, they want us to wash their interior/exterior windows. As needed, they want us to spot clean carpets, etc.

You need much more information to make a bid presentation.

What is your production rate for the general cleaning?

Can you vacuum the carpeted areas with a backpack and cover 10,000 square feet an hour?

Are restrooms involved?

How many windows are there and how accessible are they?
