The state-of-the-art BR Vario II from Tornado uses cylindrical brush technology to clean more thoroughly than rotary pads that clean just the surface of the floor. At 650 revolutions per minute (RPM), the counter-rotating brushes have six times the contact pressure of a rotary pad machine, further helping to reach, loosen and remove soils. And, instead of being round, the Vario II has a square shape. This means it can be lined up right next to walls and reach into corners, helping to eliminate manual edge and corner cleaning. The 16-inch compact design tackles hard-to-reach areas, while the ergonomic handle — complete with a storage area for the transport wheels — makes for easy operation.
