NEW YORK — Clorox celebrates the one-year anniversary of its Greenworks line of cleaners, according to The Boston Globe.
Greenworks cleaners, made with coconut oil, corn and lemon have become top sellers among natural cleaners, generating more than $200 million in revenue per year, the story stated.
Jefferies & Co. analyst Douglas Lane said: "I think Greenworks has done a good job getting into the mass trade. Before, you had to go to a specialty store. Now you can get it at Wal-Mart and Kroger''s"
Clorox controls 42 percent of the eco-friendly cleaners market, the story noted.
