Thursday''s Ask the Experts question from a cleaning professional on the International Custodial Advisors Network (ICAN) "Ask the Experts" page: What type of green cleaning product can be used in a New York State private school classroom to kill the MRSA bacteria?
The answer
You would need to check with each manufacturer as to whether its disinfectant products are considered green, and if they are approved to kill MRSA.
There are some new silver-based and natural ingredient-based products on the market that are considered less toxic than previous disinfectants.
