The assets include: Control Building Services - Northeast Janitorial Services Division; Control Engineering Services Inc.; and TTF Inc., the release stated.
ABM hopes the acquired assets will generate upwards of $50 million in annual revenue by providing a range of facility maintenance and engineering services to commercial, retail, institutional and pharmaceutical clients, the release noted.

This transaction allows us to continue to lead the New Jersey and New York markets in delivering high-quality facility services to an even broader base of commercial, institutional and pharmaceutical clients."
More than 1,000 employees are expected to join ABM and bolster its Northeast and Mid-Atlantic presence with the acquisition, the release added.
