The June issue of Cleaning & Maintenance Management® magazine is now available online, featuring Steve Seneca''s Back To Basics With Green Cleaning article.
According to Seneca, the benefits of green cleaning are being touted across many industries and the green industries are generating up to 8.5 million jobs in the U.S.

As building service contractors (BSCs) are “going green” in their cleaning systems, they are learning how cost-effective and beneficial the process can be, states the article.

Seneca says there are five areas to consider when evaluating your carbon footprint: Employees; the environment; the economic effects; how you clean; and new technology that can be implemented.

Steve Seneca is president of Philadelphia-based Pak-It LLC, a company providing green cleaning solutions including Pak-It pre-measured cleaning concentrates in water-soluble packets. For more information, please visit www.pakit.com.
