BLOOMINGTON, IL – Sanitaire, the nationally known producer of commercial vacuum cleaners and cleaning equipment for the hospitality industry, schools, universities and other commercial facilities, has announced that it is significantly enhancing its commercial sales organization.
According to Tony Van Oudheusden, national sales director of the Sanitaire commercial division, the company is increasing its commercial sales staff in order to provide “a more focused and professional approach to distributors serving all end user segments.”
“Our primary strategy is to bring a more focused approach to driving the Sanitaire value proposition,” Van Oudheusden explains. “This will allow us to better support and communicate the benefits we offer to the end user and distributor about our existing products, as well as new concepts and cleaning solutions we’re developing.”
“Our expanded sales organization will bring more resources to assist our Jan/San Distributors, so they can bring more cleaning solutions to the end user,” he says. “We intend to strengthen relationships with end user customers in hospitality, restaurant, healthcare, education, building service contractor and other market segments to pull increased sales through our Sanitaire Distributors."
“Sanitaire is developing cleaning equipment from the ground up using research and insights from the commercial end user,” he says. “As a result, end users throughout the industry are seeing great new products like our dual motor DuraLux® upright and the DuraLite® commercial lightweight upright. Our expanded team will now spend more time working with end users and distributors to provide training and support for these new cleaning solutions. It’s a win/win for all concerned.”
The Sanitaire brand was recently rated first in quality, value and ease of maintenance. Each Sanitaire product is backed by a network of more than 1,500 warranty service centers throughout the United States.
