Free sustainability webinar from the University of California at Irvine

IRVINE, CA — The University of California at Irvine is hosting a free one-hour webinar event titled, "The Top 10 Ways to Green Your World: People. Planet. Profit." that will provide insights into sustainability as a new trend in the corporate world, according to a press release.
The event will take place on Wednesday, September 16 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. PST (2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. EST), the release stated.
The speakers'' panel will feature experts who apply green and sustainable practices to their current industries, including: Brandon Tanner, manager of programs and contracts for Southern California Edison; Jeffrey Howell, a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and vice president and associate counsel in the Western Regional Legal Department of Fidelity National Title Group; and Kirwan Rockefeller, director of the University of California at Irvine''s Sustainability Leadership Certificate Program, the release noted.
