In his new role, Simmons will manage Sapphire''s parts, service and technical support team, the release stated.
According to the release, Simmons previously worked for HydraMaster Corporation
as their customer service manager, a position he held for 12 years.
Simmons has a combined total of 28 years'' experience in the carpet cleaning industry, the release noted.
