Cleaning Products 2009: Forever Green? agenda announced

ALEXANDRIA, VA — The agenda for Cleaning Products 2009: Forever Green?, which will be held at the Hilton Alexandria Old Town November 2-4, 2009, was recently announced, according to a press release.
The third annual international conference will expand upon last year’s show and will include topics such as: Green cleaning consumer trends; market drivers behind green innovations in the cleaning industry; U.S. and global regulations on chemicals; green marketing standards and oversight; and sustainable technologies, the release stated.
This year''s show will include presentations from such industry associations as the Healthy Schools Campaign, Green Seal Inc., The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency''s (EPA) Design for the Environment Program (DfE) and the Green Hotels Association, the release noted.
According to the release, those who register before Friday, September 25, 2009, can take advantage of the 10 percent early bird discount.
A pre-conference seminar titled "Green Marketing and Eco-Innovation: Strategies for Success" will be held on Monday, November 2, 2009, to teach attendees how to develop and sell greener cleaning products that consumers want, the release added.
