YORK, ME — The owners of the Cleaning Safari say it is not only their attention to detail that satisfies customers, it is also the familial atmosphere surrounding their services, according to the York Weekly.
Jody Nichelson and Allen Basey, who purchased the Cleaning Safari, a residential and commercial cleaning company, in September, provide environmentally friendly cleaning and participate in the Cleaning for a Reason Foundation, the story stated.
According to the story, philanthropy is "a huge part" of the company''s model and Nichelson and Basey, who provide discounted services to American Automobile Association (AAA) and American Association of Retired Peoples (AARP) members, hope to begin formal partnerships with both organizations in the near future.
As a value-added service, Nichelson and Basey offer personal assistant and concierge services through another business, Your Go-to Girl, the story noted.
Nichelson said: "Because it''s a family-run business, we''re not only accountable to our customers, but to each other as a family, which is why nothing gets overlooked or forgotten. It''s important as we move forward that people can count on us, because what we are really doing is building relationships with our customers. All we want to do is make them happy."
Regardless of which services potential clients might need, the company''s concern is for their clients'' overall well-being, the story added.
