Chicago — Morton Salt, North America’s authority on salt, was awarded a Best Customer Service award for its exhibit booth at the 2009 ISSA/INTERCLEAN® North America Trade Show, which took place October 6-9 at Chicago’s McCormick Place. Of the more than 600 exhibitors at the show, Morton received the award in the Supplies category for booths 300 square feet or less.
The ISSA/INTERCLEAN Best Customer Service award is based on votes cast by distributors, building service contractors, and in-house service providers who attended the show. Voters were asked to write in their choices based on which company’s staff best met attendee needs, answered questions, or provided an outstanding interaction when people visited their booths.

The award is given to 10 companies with booths 300 square feet or less and to 10 companies with booths greater than 400 square feet in the following five product categories: Chemicals, Disposables, Power Equipment, Supplies & Accessories, and Other Products, Services and Technology.
