CHICAGO — ISSA and the ISSA Foundation are asking the JanSan community to aid the victims of the recent earthquake in Haiti by contributing to the ISSA Foundation Haiti Fund, according to a press release.
According to the release, the ISSA Foundation is partnering with the American Red Cross and Gifts in Kind International (GIK) to provide much needed supplies to the disaster area.
Financial contributions will go towards the American Red Cross to assist in providing shelter, food and medical assistance and the ISSA Foundation, working with GIK, is coordinating efforts to assess the product needs of the area and deliver medical supplies, personal care products, clothing, water and cleaning supplies to first responders in the area, the release stated.
