CHICAGO — On April 2 at 10:00 a.m. (CDT), Business Development Associates will present a webinar on its "Sales Mastery for Restorers" program. The webinar will give a sneak peek of what will be taught through this unique yearlong program created specifically for restoration contractors. Additionally, two or three specific strategies will be previewed that can make an immediate impact on restoration salesperson performance.
"Sales Mastery for Restorers" is designed to give restoration salespeople a proven sales system, which is more successful and less stressful than the typical "features and benefits" style of selling. "Sales Mastery" participants will learn techniques that give the most common restoration industry targets real reasons to hire, refer or work with your restoration company. The system and techniques learned at the Sales Academy will be reinforced through monthly tele-seminars with instructors John Hirth and Tim Miller.
Students from the first "Sales Academy" held in January came away with a new found confidence from the knowledge they gained.
"All I can say is that it is working! I have been having meetings and setting appointments like never before. I have had nothing but good come out of them. This method of selling is so much easier and so much fun," said Tami Jonsson of ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services in Woodbury, MN.
In addition to the two-day course and monthly tele-seminars, attendees will receive sales discussion guides, sales maps and a complete system manual to provide their sales team with the tools to insure proper implementation of the sales system. The program also includes a special members-only website packed with support tools and information and well as on-going, as needed consulting from sales experts to reinforce the sales system and provide proven solutions to real-world situations and objections faced by restorer salespeople for an entire year.
