was featured on a recent episode
of the syndicated CBS
television series "The Doctors
," according to a press release
According to the release, the episode, airing on March 5, included a segement focused on how to avoid bacteria and germs in public restrooms and highlighted the Sani Seat.
North American Hygiene''s Executive Vice-President, Charles Stone, said: "Unfortunately, we live in an age where the next serious pandemic can spread with lightning speed, and we are pleased to have our Sani Seat hands-free toilet seat protection system recognized as part of the solution toward effectively controlling the potential spread of infectious diseases."
Sani Seat systems are motion sensor controlled and provide a new sanitary plastic film covering over the toilet seat for each use, the release stated.
Stone continued: "There is now a big push to convert conventional public restrooms into ''hands-free'' environments that will help prevent the spread of communicable diseases."
