BRANFORD, CT — O,R&L Facility Services recently received "The Office Building of the Year" award in the government category from the Orlando Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA) for its work with Orlando''s City Hall, according to a press release.
Sue Black, executive vice president, and Doris Wasson, property manager, oversee the operation, which provides comprehensive management, maintenance and janitorial services for the 250,000-square-foot Orlando City Hall, the release stated.

According to the release, nominees are judged in areas ranging from community involvement and site management to environmental and green or sustainable policies.
O,R&L also received "The Office Building of the Year" award for their management of the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) building and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) building, both of which are located in Albany, New York, the release added.
