MADISON, WI — A man was arrested earlier this week after threatening a maintenance man at his apartment complex with what resembled a semiautomatic pistol, according to WISC-TV.
Paul Huza, who was yelling at the maintenance man with threats that if he did not leave the neighborhood he would be shot, became enraged after the maintenance man declined Huza''s offer to enjoy a drink with him, the story stated.
The unnamed maintenance man ran to a neighboring apartment and called 911 to report the incident, the story noted.
Huza, who was found by police to be intoxicated and in possession of a BB gun, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and use of a dangerous weapon, the story added.
