SCA’S TORK® BRAND RELAUNCHES WEBSITE WITH INDUSTRY-FIRST CAPABILITIES TO MEET CUSTOMER NEEDS
PHILADELPHIA – Tork®, a brand of SCA, today introduced a revitalized company website, Torkusa.com, complete with new, user-friendly design and functions, to enable its customers to find perfect product solutions based on their specific needs.
Rather than just providing customers with a laundry list of products to choose from, the revamped site gives customers the opportunity to personalize their experience in a way never before seen in the industry. The new site makes it easy to identify solutions by product category, environment, design and/or capacity.
For example, if a user wants to peruse Tork products specific to Foodservice & Hospitality, they simply need to click on “Foodservice & Hospitality” under the category header. From there, they can select from category-specific products, such as, towels, wipes or soaps. Customers can streamline the search process further by identifying the environment in which the products would reside, such as the washroom, food prep area, bar area and more. After the user has narrowed their search and compiled a wish list of desired products, known on the site as “my solutions,” the product catalog module sends the customers’ product preferences and information to a SCA inside sales representative who will begin coordinating with the right distributor to transact the sale and coordinate shipping. The site also offers sharing capabilities, allowing customers to share links to their “my solutions” list in advance of purchase.
