As with so many operations in this industry, any guidelines offered would likely lull you into a false sense of security when you apply them, simply because they may not fit your facility in the least.
I’ll suggest you do as competent an assessment as possible of your own operation and work from there. Time out the work, such as carpet cleaning, breaking it down for setup, cleaning, drying time, and any other tasks that are related to the service. Then, record the time in usable increments, such as for 100 sq. ft. or 1000 sq. ft.
