BERKLEY, MI – Ross Kollenberg has joined the Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network (CRDN), an international organization of textile restoration specialists serving the insurance industry, as a National Operations Manager. The announcement was made by CRDN President Chip Bifano.
Prior to joining, Kollenberg was a construction and mitigation manager for Michigan-based specialty cleaning and restoration company where he managed a team of mitigation and reconstruction experts for both residential and commercial projects. His experience also includes real estate portfolio management, commercial cleaning, retail consulting and accounting.
“Ross’ experience, spanning 15 years, provides enhanced depth to our Operations Department and enables us to implement an even greater level of support and guidance to our franchise partners,” said Chip Bifano, CRDN’s President.
“CRDN’s team of National Operations Managers perform an important role in the growth, development and success of our individual businesses and the Network overall as we strive to provide the highest level of professional garment and textile restoration service to insurance carriers, contractors and contents mitigation companies across the U.S.,” Bifano added.
Kollenberg has responsibility for CRDN’s Midwest Region, which covers 11 states.
